We collect information you provide and information generated by your use of the Service:

• Account information: your name, phone number, and (optionally) email address, used to create and secure your account.
• Business & profile information: details such as GST number, address, and alternate contact where you choose to provide them.
• Transaction information: your orders, invoices, payments, and credit-ledger records.
• Technical information: app version, device type, and log data needed to operate and secure the Service.

• To provide, maintain, and secure the Service and your account.
• To process orders, invoices, payments, and credit transactions.
• To communicate with you about your account, orders, and support requests.
• To comply with tax, accounting, and other legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us operate the Service (for example, hosting and image storage), and where required by law.

We keep your personal data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account we remove or de-identify your personal data; however, transaction records (orders, invoices, and credit-ledger entries) are retained in de-identified form as required for accounting and legal compliance. You may access and update your profile within the app, request changes to your account, and delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete Account in the app or via our Account Deletion page.

Passwords are stored only as salted hashes, and session tokens are revocable. We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, though no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

The Service is intended for business use and is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction).

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above.
